Terms of Use
Effective October 26, 2026
Bisou Baby is operated by AQC Technologies LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we" and "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. They apply when you use bisoubaby.com or buy our books. By buying or using them, you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
Our books are digital PDF files, in English. Right after purchase, we email you a link to your library, where you can download them anytime. Prices are in US dollars and are a one-time payment; there is no subscription. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.
How you can use the books
When you buy, you get a personal license to use the books for your own family. You can keep the files on your own devices, print copies for your home, and share a card or a page with the people who care for your baby.
You may not resell, upload, or otherwise publish the files, or use them to create a course, class, or competing product. The books and everything in them are © AQC Technologies LLC.
An independent play guide
Bisou Baby is an independent play guide for parents. It is not medical advice and does not replace your child's doctor. Every baby develops at their own pace.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the CDC, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the NIH, the WHO, the CPSC or any hospital or health system. Those names are used only to say where the public guidance in the books comes from.
Using the activities
Every activity is meant for a grown-up and a baby together, with the grown-up right there the whole time. Follow the safety line on each page, use your own judgment, and stop when your baby has had enough. If you have a question about your baby's health or pace, ask your baby's doctor.
We work hard to keep every page accurate. If you spot an error, please email us and we'll fix it.
No promise of results
The books describe play, not outcomes. We don't promise that any activity will lead to any particular result. If the kit isn't for you, our 7-day money-back guarantee (bisoubaby.com/refund) applies.
Limitation of liability
The books and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
